Overcharged me for over a year and when I cancel, which was 2 days after they charged me for the month, a month later they came back for another payment. Saying it’s a penalty and too bad so sad. Stay away from these clowns.
I don't want to get into the whole story of what I was asking this insurance company about , but me and my husband been with them a lot of years ,and unfortunately I made maybe 3 calls to the 1800 # with not the best help ,but I called the Sydney office the next day or maybe same day ,and well I talked to Wanda and Cindy ,and got the best customer service I've ever had ,both of these ladies went above and beyond and really helped me out ! Too many people are so ready to complain ,but rarely do people give credit to anyone ..... read more
Useless office. Whenever you call them no one is available to help. They answer the phone just to ask for your name and number to call back. Then you wait as long as you want, no one is ever calling back. Week later called, same guy (Mark) said very same thing "I can only take you phone number to have someone call back". So there is no one who actually works there and only Mark who has best job in the world (answer the phone, say that someone will call back and forget that it ever happened).
Fast response to questions and transparent explaining policies. Highly recommend!
