This place is good for walk ins but apparently that doesn’t work anymore you have to do it over the phone so might as well shut down the office. I tried calling them once and was on hold for over an hour then the line cut off so I tried again and i was on hold for over 2 hours then it cut off again so if I was you I wouldn’t waste my time

Been a customer for 8 years. Never had a problem until I added another vehicle to our policy. Monthly automatic charges to my bank account for payments ceased without notice. They cancelled my policy without any form of notice due to not receiving payment despite charges being made without issue until now. No mail, no email, no texts, no calls, no attempted charges on my account. Unprofessional and ineffective business.
