I tried to contact Jennifer directly as I found an email on the website - no response. Then I eventually called in and talked to Jeremy - very great service on the phone! But then I followed up with email because I had questions and again, radio silence. Like?! What does a girl need to do in this world to get an email reply from a service within her own city?!

She broke things down, helped me find the best deal, and spoke to me from personal experience. She works hard to ensure her clients are well informed and equipped with the proper knowledge in their insurance needs. She is kind and always willing to help me, even on the silliest of questions!
