This is a 5 stars service I received from Co-operators. For most of us insurance is a necessary pain and every year when the time to renew is there we all feel like burying our head in the sand and wait for the moment to be gone. Dealing with Taylor Fagerdahl for my car insurance was an absolute pleasure! I can't tell you the last time I experienced customer service like that. Very patient taking the time to answer all my questions, pleasant and knowledgable. Co-operators at the time of the quote weren't the cheaper option but, I had already decided that based on my experience with Taylor, I was going to use this company anyway.
