I recently had to make a claim on my truck after hitting a deer. I was very impressed from start to finish with the whole team at Cooperators. My claim was approved the same day, and a rental was booked for me for my upcoming appointment with the body shop. They dealt with my preferred shop and handled everything. It was my first time making a claim ever, and I was not expecting it to go so smoothly.
Terrible customer service, price increases way over 10% annually, no price reductions when you install security devices they said would reduce your premium, extremely high cancellation fees, and so much more wrong…. Save yourself a million dollars and don’t insure anything with this worthless company!
This is by far the worst company I’ve ever dealt with. They unauthorizedly withdrew money from my bank account and then had the audacity to claim it was because their system “forgot to collect the payment a year ago”! Are you serious?! Who do you think you’re fooling?! This is not just shady — it’s theft. I’m not letting this go. I have a wide network and I will expose this on every social media platform.
