I purchased life insurance from Jacob several years ago now. He’s always been friendly, detail oriented, and willing to answer my questions. When I’ve been considering additional insurance needs, he’s always taken the time to review with me, demonstrating great patience and professionalism. I’m happy with the service Jacob provides and would gladly recommend him.
Terrible customer service at the front desk. I received incompetent advice and just wasted my time coming here. If you are already a client, it is better to resolve everything over the phone (at least in comparison with this branch).
