UPDATE: in response the original review I wrote below instead of contacting me to resolve and apologize for the issues at his company, the financial advisor and manager Joe Alkhouri looked my name on Google and used Chat GPT ( hyphens and all) to contacted my manager to make up a imaginary complaint about me when he has never been my client in any way shape or form! Horrible experience. Called and a Russian named Christina answered with poor English struggling to even understand what a short term rental was. I asked to speak to a Manager and was told to hold on a was transferred to a persons VM. Poor service! She then called me back And connected me to a contact centre! All of their positive reviews are for an agent named Micheal Cardiff who apparently no longer works there so don’t waste your time!
I’ve been 30 years with The Cooperaters Ins. Today I’ve check with another company to see competition prices and I réalise how great their pricing was and to not forget their first class service. Thank you Kristina! Ron Bergeron
