Lady at the front desk has a rude demeanour. Was looking to renew my auto insurance policy only to be turned away and told to call some hotline. Been trying to get through the hotline for over two weeks now. Had wait times of over 4-6 hours only for the call to be disconnected. Client support said there was nothing they can do to help. What a waste of my time and patience. Will never be using cooperators insurance again. Do Better.
Not a great experience for me. It all became confrontational and we moved our policies.i think there was a degree of confusion around farm policies.
Terrible company that tries to rip you off. When doing evaluation of my vehicle they came up with the absolute lowest price possible that does not reflect the value of my vehicle at all. They told me if i could prove a higher market value by sending links to other vehicles of the same make and model for sale, they would include them in the estimate. After sending them about 20 examples of vehicles worth double what their adjustment was, they refused to include any of them. Complete scammers. Very crooked Would never recommen... read more
Would give 0 stars. Horrible customer service! Would NOT recommend to anyone. And inconsiderate staff(Kelly Hilhorst) that feel like comparing grief is acceptable. Telling me that the loss of my child is no different than losing a grandparent. To cut my losses and move on. To having a sick child in the hospital fighting for her life and being a parent fearing the loss all over again, they expect you to drop everything for them with little to no communication 1 phone call to my husband and that she would call back to schedule... read more
