Excellent service and friendly staff. Shayan assisted me with renewing my car insurance policy. He patiently presented several options, thoroughly explaining each one and ensuring I didn’t incur any unnecessary costs. The entire process was completed efficiently via email and phone call within minutes. I highly recommend their services.
Showed up on a Saturday as it showed online that they’re open. Get to the door and it says closed Saturdays. Would be helpful if you updated your hours.

Saw Nima in the West 4th office but he said he works in the West Vancouver office permanently. He renewed my car insurance down there, he was very patient and informative. He helped answer all of my questions and alter my plan exactly how I wanted it. He also helped me get a discount for my previous driving experience. It was a great experience as far as purchasing insurance goes, and Nima is a great guy! Thank you!
