My husband went in today to transfer ownership of the car he was selling and the gentleman who "helped" them was just awful. Extremely rude, no greeting, no offers to help, didn't even offer a pen to fill out the paperwork! Worst of all - he is so unprofessional and knows nothing about his job that he tried to dispute the appraisal value of the vehicle my husband presented even though we have used it in the past and many people use this same appraisal company. -No greeting upon arrival just a blank empty stare -Agent spoke in a whisper making it hard to hear -Makes you go over to their card machine to pay -With all the other insurance agencies available why settle for terrible customer service. Take your business elsewhere. -Experiences like this expedite the replacement of customer service agents with AI chat bots. I see no reason why a robot couldn't have done this person's work if all I had to do was renew my auto insurance.
Terrible experience with this branch went into renew my insurance and the first thing I see is one of the agents sleeping on his computer keyboard. No one acknowledges me for 10 seconds eventually I walk over to a desk and I’m greeted by this extremely rude female that was sassy the entire time I said I’ll take my business elsewhere.
Great company. I've had tenant's insurance with them for the last 15 years. Very reasonable rates. Dealt with Nayana recently, renewing and reviewing the policy. Super friendly, helpful, and professional. Saved me a couple of bucks, too. Highly recommended.
