Garbage Service from the life insurance advisor. Rude and condescending attitude towards clients.

I have been a customer of Co-Operators for 46 years (car & home) with no claims in over 40 years. I just received my home insurance renewal which had a 47% increase. I have the highest deductible so there is nothing they can do to reduce my premium. I am a senior on a fixed income and I think that Co-Operators should be ashamed to force this type of increase on such a "valued" client. Peggy at client services did say that she felt bad for me and was sorry -- unfortunately that just doesn't help.
I'm an existing client looking or information. Called and was on hold for 15 minutes and still no agent. Terrible!
