My homeowners insurance was canceled for non-payment—triggered solely by the need for an updated expiry date—and the office provided no real warning. Despite having my phone number, email, and mailing address, I received no phone call, no email, and no standard letter. Hooman was very helpful and accommodating with the transfer between me and my grandma, also very helpful with my vehicle sale as I was quite busy that week he helped arrange things in a efficient way which I appreciate greatly . Awesome neighbourhood insurance company with friendly staff and expedient service. Gentleman did an ICBC cancellation for me even though I walked in without an appointment (needed during public health advisory) and even brought out a small table for me to sign paperwork right outside their shop! Forget London Drugs I’ll be coming here for all my insurance needs in the future!
