These ladies have been so responsive and helpful. I've had a lot of questions, request and requirements in the last few months and Gloria, Sheila and the team have really been there to help. They have been patient with my schedule and I appreciate all the work they've put it. I am very grateful to be able to deal with someone locally.
I called colleen to get a quote for first time auto insurance, she proceeded to send me the application and fill it out my self. I tried to call back for clarification because it is my first time and no answer from 10 AM- 12 pm. I finally decided to email leaving my number for her to call back , she replied almost 2 hours later in such a disrespectful manner.
