Not sure what's going on with this "highly rated" company. Filled out online contact form, no reply. Tried calling, no one picks up for a straight 2 weeks. Maybe they have enough clients.

I've since moved away and I still deal with them because they've been attentive, honest and straightforward. And everyone there is nice, which matters a lot. I've had some complex issues with some policies, for example with a vehicle I imported that had errors in the originating documents. The folks at G&G sorted it out with me with no fuss. Highly recommended without qualification.
