Staff maybe friendly, but extremely poor ability to insure you. We bought 2 trailer before leaving alberta, we asked them for coverage similar to our comprehensive coverage on your vehicles, they noted no you don't need it and it assume the coverage of the vehicle your driving. Well that a lie. If you have an policy with them, strongly recommend reviewing your trailers and other items other than auto and theses incompetent workers didn't give us coverage and the trailer is totaled and come to find out theres no coverage.
