Take your business elsewhere. I canceled my insurance due to the premium increase; I went to a different broker. I have been a client here for six years, and every year the premiums went up. I recently canceled it after six years because I was a week late, and they charged me nearly $1000.
Phone wait times are ridiculous. Either get more people or at least acknowledge the callers...not an automated system telling you to buy more or pay online...
I just cancelled my car insurance policy that I had with them for the last couple of years. They were charging me 410 dollars a month which was obscene considering the fact that I never had a ticket or claim, I’m not a young driver and I live in a very small town. Think twice before getting a policy from these guys. The rates are not competitive and it felt like extortion. Well I ain’t paying for the someone’s Lamborghini.
