Fabian Jagoo and his team at Co-operators Sarnia are absolutely amazing. Jenna was especially helpful this week while we were purchasing a new truck. She made sure all of our information was sent over to the dealership quickly and accurately, which made the entire process so smooth and stress free. Jenna and the whole team truly took great care of us. Highly recommend Fabian and his team for their professionalism, responsiveness, and genuine care for their clients.
Take your business elsewhere. I canceled my insurance due to the premium increase; I went to a different broker. I have been a client here for six years, and every year the premiums went up. I recently canceled it after six years because I was a week late, and they charged me nearly $1000.
Phone wait times are ridiculous. Either get more people or at least acknowledge the callers...not an automated system telling you to buy more or pay online...
I just cancelled my car insurance policy that I had with them for the last couple of years. They were charging me 410 dollars a month which was obscene considering the fact that I never had a ticket or claim, I’m not a young driver and I live in a very small town. Think twice before getting a policy from these guys. The rates are not competitive and it felt like extortion. Well I ain’t paying for the someone’s Lamborghini.
