Been with this company for approx 10years, I never give a 5 star review as it would mean there is no room for improvement. There has been a couple minor mixups, that being said things got resolved quickly and rebates given. I have shopped around for better pricing for my wife and I out of curiosity, but this is the company that best suits us at this point. Very friendly staff and always willing to go over your policies and check for additional discount options if you request.
High premiums low customer service. I hold a Class 1 driver license my wife holds the class 5 what's 0 tickets 0 claims 4 over 15years. 7 months ago I cancelled insurance on a sportbike that I had sold and put in its place a new sport bike. I wonder why the insurance on the new bike was so expensive I was told. The reason was due to it being a sport bike. Fast forward to present day when the renewal came in...
