Erin & Associates are truly fantastic to deal with! I have multiple insurance policies with them; they've always made things simple and easy for me. Whether it was renewals or quoting on new products, they've always pulled through for me. Overall, they have a great staff, excellent service, and are very professional. I would highly recommend them to anyone!
Erin & Associates have always been a pleasure to deal with! Erin and Jake, along with every other staff member I've dealt with over the years, have gone over the top multiple times in terms of service. They've also been invaluable in explaining any questions I've had in the past. We've never had any issues over the 10+ years we've been dealing with them. We have had our business insurance with this company for the past 8 years. We have NEVER made a claim, been delinquent with our payments or had any issues until this year. We had insurance with them until Nov 10 when our policy was to run out. Today Nov 15 I received a letter stating our insurance was cancelled on Nov 8th. I talked to my agent on the 8th to add our lease equipment and no mention was made that we were not covered. Talk about ignorant!!!!
