If anybody has had a bad experience it is now run by co-operators and is no longer run by Erick Scott and Associate so please visit and leave your reviews. This is my insurance company for the last 20 years so happy with them even when my motorcycle was a high risk I still got insured for only a few hundred dollars a year.
Worst insurance company I've ever dealt with. Very rude, untrusting, and incompetent. The previous owners were light-years better. I'm no longer their customer, and I'm much better for it.
