This company is no longer able to take care of their clients. I called 17 times because they applied my payment to someone elses account and they did not even give me the courtesy of a call back. Not only that, they send me private information on the other persons account. What did Ed McCormick say.... he is doing his best!! They have 1 agent taking care of all their customers.
