I had the greatest customer service experience at this location! I was looking for a quote on home insurance and Rebecca was so helpful with explaining all the different types of coverage and rates to me. She was also very friendly, personable, and gave me great advice! You can tell that she truly does go care and goes the extra mile for her clients and I cannot thank her enough for her advice and support. If you are thinking about checking out this location, I highly recommend it!
This company is no longer able to take care of their clients. I called 17 times because they applied my payment to someone elses account and they did not even give me the courtesy of a call back. Not only that, they send me private information on the other persons account. What did Ed McCormick say.... he is doing his best!! They have 1 agent taking care of all their customers. Their service is horrible do not deal with this company. They still have my rebuild cost less than what I paid for my house and I can get insurance f... read more
