We spent 20 mins over the phone giving all my information regarding 2 homes for home insurance. The woman said she would email us with any other questions she had and send us a quote. We’ve been waiting a week. Our current policy with another provider is due tomorrow :( . Very disappointing.
Understaffed location, as I stood by the door I was stared down for a good 3-4 minutes before being sternly told to sit down and wait. Shortly after another person walked in complaining that she had given him the wrong paperwork, and he was told to sternly sit and wait as well... Needless to say I went somewhere else
