Horrible customer service. I've been trying to get a response from Bennet Abraham for 3 months and have had no luck. He doesn't return calls or emails. I then tried to contact the owner, Allan Ducharme, and was told he would call me back, but it's been a month, and there's been zero response. I don't know if this is a legitimate business or just a front for something else.
Bennet Abraham was of huge help and I really appreciate his efforts. 5 Star for his incredible service at Ducharme office. Good Job!
