The wait is 2hrs and hang me up ! Without talking to actually human ! Waste of time ! Second time I call the person hang me up again !
No answers 8 hours on hold for 3 month and tgey say in the comments sorry we’re busy … go fix yourself
Absolutely outrageous! Waiting 6 hours on hold is beyond ridiculous. Calling Co-operators is a complete nightmare—nobody answers, and it’s clear they have no regard for customers. This level of incompetence is unacceptable. Avoid at all costs!
I had a good experience getting my quote and transferring my insurance from out of province quickly. Communication through email was prompt and effective. My quote was a bit higher than some of my alternative quotes but I've had better customer service with cooperators.
