Two days 8 hours a day hold on phone. No answer. Very sad
Such a Long wating period, Very disappointing. Called twice yesterday, waited for 6 hours no one picked up my call. Are you people runing a business or something else!!!! Hire some people.
Could not even connect to them to book an appointment. Waited for almost 3 hours, nonobody even answered. What's wrong with you people. If you don’t have enough people, just hire someone or please shut down your business. This is not how you do it to the people.
No way to contact them. They put you on hold for hours.
transferred me to a representative line. I waited more then two hours and then got hung up on before i even said hello. i called back and they couldn’t help, only said they could put be back in the queue…. to re wait another two or more hours 😭😭
