Extremely Poor Customer Service – Unreachable for Hours I’m incredibly disappointed with this insurance company’s customer service. I called multiple times and was placed on hold for over 2 hours without ever reaching a representative. In today’s world, especially when dealing with something as important as insurance, being completely unreachable is unacceptable. Emergencies don’t wait, and neither should customers. Seriously, how can we book an appointment if there is no one responding, I’ve been calling for a week now and they simply tell you if you want to get someone to speak to you need to call at 9AM and no one is answering although I call at 8 or at 9, they just put me on hold for 8hours a day.
I work until 3 pm. Every day since Thursday, May 1st I call after work, two hours on the line. And no one has ever answered me from the helpful ones. today I found time after work to come to the office, WHICH, AS IT TURNED OUT, WORKS ONLY BY APPOINTMENT. and I don’t understand how I’m supposed to get an appointment if I’ve been calling for a week and no one picks up the phone. and there is no appointment form on the website I would refuse their services with great pleasure.
