Was on call for nearly 5 HOURS STRAIGHT and NOBODY PICKED UP! Obviously it isn’t the branches fault but the branch is the one able to be Google reviewed
Absolutely ridiculous service! I have been calling for 2 days and every time I get either no answer or someone who says they are not even licensed in Alberta and then just forwards me around. What kind of useless system is this? I have never dealt with such incompetence. If this is how you treat people before they even buy insurance, I can’t imagine what happens after.
I’ve been with these guys for years and have never had any issues. When I decided to switch insurance companies Chandra was extremely helpful and got me the best price possible. Since then I’ve had 2 incidents and their response was fast and efficient. Highly recommend
Our household has been a customer of Dickau Insurance & Investments for over a decade. We had opened our accounts with them and shortly after moved out of Calgary to Northern Alberta. We kept our policies with this branch because of the excellent customer service they provided each time we called or would sit down with them in person.
