Waited on hold for a combined 7 hours trying to talk to someone. Went in person to try and get assistance, and was told to call. Terrible service and terrible excuses. The office is a waste of resources if they aren't even using it to assist customers.
Positive experience with the team from Dickau Insurance. They were polite, responsive, and able to provide good coverage at a fair price for our business needs.
Was on call for nearly 5 HOURS STRAIGHT and NOBODY PICKED UP! Obviously it isn’t the branches fault but the branch is the one able to be Google reviewed
Absolutely ridiculous service! I have been calling for 2 days and every time I get either no answer or someone who says they are not even licensed in Alberta and then just forwards me around. What kind of useless system is this? I have never dealt with such incompetence. If this is how you treat people before they even buy insurance, I can’t imagine what happens after.
