Obtaining a quote is unnecessarily difficult. Expect to spend hours on hold and call multiple times due to connection issues. If it's this difficult to give them your money, think about how difficult it will be to get support with a claim.
Ignored calls and emails.
Waited on hold for a combined 7 hours trying to talk to someone. Went in person to try and get assistance, and was told to call. Terrible service and terrible excuses. The office is a waste of resources if they aren't even using it to assist customers.
