I’m extremely disappointed with my experience with this insurance company. I had called earlier to cancel my policy, and not only was I charged an early cancellation fee, but despite my clear request, I later received a notice that my policy had been renewed anyway. This is completely unacceptable. It shows a lack of attention to customer requests and poor internal communication. BAD-FAITH BY THIS INSURER, STAY AWAY!! After I cancelled my policy ON 21 JULY 2025 because I disposed of my vehicle, they told me then that NO MORE PAYMENTS WOULD COME OUT, AND MY ACCOUNT HAD A CREDIT OF $5.75 AS I OVERPAID MY POLICY. I GOT A CHEQUE FROM THEM IN THE MAIL FOR THIS AMOUNT. I am now suprised in the mail with a notice that they WILL BE CHARGING ME AN NSF FEE FOR AN ACCOUNT THAT WAS ALREADY CLOSED!! ???
