This was my first time ever trying to make a claim after nearly five years as a customer. Instead of helping me through the process, I was told I needed additional insurance coverage, such as renters insurance, before I could proceed with my auto claim—even though I have a clean driving record with no infractions. Great insurance 👌 lowest rates I could find for motorcycle insurance. Going on om second year and was very happy to see my rates go down this year, I have had vehicle insurance for over 35 years and not one ticket or accident and I always seen rates go up, so this was a great 👍 surprise. No complaints with Co-operaters would recommend 👌 👍 and have to others.
Seriously I dont know who dont like this office. Whenever I ask anything here specially Debbie or Amy sometimes month to month changes they are always helpful!! I am their client now more than 10 years.
