Fast and accurate service but interaction was average at best. Asked a few easy questions as I always do, answers were on point but they seemed annoyed and disinterested. That office life gets to you after a while I guess. Will be going back to the Marketplace insurance location next time, they are more joyful there.

Pathetic phone system. Called to ask a simple question. Hung up after 14 stupid questions by A.I. Going to another agency after this experience. Does anyone in charge ever check these moranic systems! 👎👎
Not very helpful or knowledgeable staff. Poor experience would not recommend at all . Went to different ICBC location and was helped immediately with the same issue.
