Had insurance policy with them a few months ago and they were always good never had an issue. Sold my truck so stopped my policy. Now trying to get insurance through them again I’ve sat on hold for hours and got nothing. A joke of a place. Supposed to get a call regarding them THEM renting me a vehicle while mine goes in to get fixed. They booked me a rental in Calgary didnt bother to look up where I was from or follow up I was the one calling over and over leaving voicemails until he went to give me a number which started with 403 that was the first red flag. Then proceeds to tell me to call around after he realized his mistake and book a rental here. 1 day before truck goes in shop he finally calls back mind you. Managed to get one at the ... read more
