Really hard to get a hold of them. I’ve been calling for three consecutive days starting at 9am (their opening hours) and advised to call back again the next day because their system was down they cannot provide the quote I need. So I had to call back again for another day, this time I started calling them at 8:57am. But I still had to wait so long!
