Called to get a quote, was forwarded to a generic number that had me on hold for over 2 hours before the line went dead, twice.
The best insurance I have ever had, and the most amazing customer service. Honestly, I’m impressed how high is customer service in here. Was on hold for more than 2 hours for the third time
So annoying and such a waste of time! I’ve been waiting on the call for two hours. Worst company ever — totally the wrong choice.
I’ve had a very bad experience with this company. At several locations I visited, the addresses of their branches were incorrect. When I called, they said, “We only respond by phone.” If that’s the case, why do you list the location on the map? If you only operate by phone, you should mark your locations as closed on Google Maps so that no one visits in person.
