I’ve had a very bad experience with this company. At several locations I visited, the addresses of their branches were incorrect. When I called, they said, “We only respond by phone.” If that’s the case, why do you list the location on the map? If you only operate by phone, you should mark your locations as closed on Google Maps so that no one visits in person.

If you don't have anything better to do with your day and want to piss away your time this is the best company to go with. i rarely ever write reviews unless things are truly unexceptional... was on hold for about 5 hours for the second time - i was excited and ready to go with the quote that i was given last time when i was waiting for 4 hours and 30 mins. i get on with the same women, not sure of her name but she was nigeran. you can tell she simply hates her job the way she huffs and puffs at every question i ask. we go t... read more

Has anyone ever been able to get a hold of these people? 5th day waiting over 7 hours on the call everyday just to get a quote!!! Eventually someone picks yesterday only to say it’s past 5pm and can’t help me. This is after I had waited 7hours. Also Why have an online tool on the website that says request a quote if that is not functional as well? I’m highly disappointed! Not good at all for the company.

Zero support. They will keep you waiting for long time. On call you have to wait for hours and after I tried for many times, a full day was spent on phone call and at end nothing.
