I am very disappointed with your customer service. I have been trying for the past week to get an auto insurance quote, but every time I call, the call automatically disconnects after about two hours of waiting. Called to get a quote, was forwarded to a generic number that had me on hold for over 2 hours before the line went dead, twice.
The best insurance I have ever had, and the most amazing customer service. Honestly, I’m impressed how high is customer service in here. I was interested in life insurance and Mark helped me with everything on the next day!!!! As well, I was impressed how fast they were able to book an appointment with me!
