Zero support. They will keep you waiting for long time. On call you have to wait for hours and after I tried for many times, a full day was spent on phone call and at end nothing.
Most unprofessional company I have EVER encountered. Seriously you’re almost better off driving with NO insurance than relying on the Cooperators when you need them. Much better options out there. Shame on you Cooperators!
I go to buy a policy the guy ( Jack) came and just ask for a document and say you will get an insurance of that amount like it’s a kind of insult please deal your caustimer politely
