Unfortunately can't give them no stars. I have tried to pop in twice (today 3rd time) to this office as we moved to Rockwood 6 years ago and this office would be closer than the Georgetown location. The two times office is closed, no lights on no one at the office. All I need is to pay my annual auto insurance and I have yet again to drive all the way to Georgetown office cause in Rockwood they don't believe in coming into the office. Why even have your hours posted if your not even in the office.

Tried working with them to get my converted school bus insured, and they backed out after 2 weeks of waiting because a staff member didn't review the photos sent at all. After submitting a formal complaint and going into the office with pink slips they sent me (before they decided to back out), they told me they would be back in touch with me in a day, and 2 weeks later I've heard absolutely nothing. Very disappointing. Edit: already reached out to client relations, no valuable help was received.

So disappointed and unsatisfied. They said they would insure my RV, and then two weeks pass and they say “oh nevermind, I didn’t look at the pictures good enough, we can’t insure you because it has a stove”?? Ridiculous. Time to cancel my safety and appraisal appointments then because I can longer get temp plates in time? Waste of my time.

Nick Wingrove was very helpful and is very knowledgeable and well spoken. I recommend using Nick. Kelsie Boudreau also very great. I say Nick & Kelsie are the BEST AT CoreyYoung Cooperators.
