I had paid for six months car insurance (Jan 4th-Jul4th) bur for three months (Jan 9th-Apr 9th) the car will not be used, parked in an underground garage. Also, I was paying house insurance for a house sold September 15th. Jeremy Benson at Co-operatores noted both issues and resolved the problem post haste. Excellent service!
