Would not recommend cooperators, owner is RUDE , receptionist does not know ANYTHING, they make up multiple excuses for why they don't get things done. If needed, go with Desjardins. we recently switched and are now saving $1500/year on auto insurance! Cooperators = rip off.
We have been with the co-operators for 4 years, there is one employee Joanne from the arnprior office, she has been our agent from day one who puts alot of effort to give the clients the best deal possible and takes care of all your needs. I would like to give her a 5 star for everything she has done.

We have been with this Co-operators for many years. Unfortunately we’ve hit deer on two different occasions and our claims processing was quick and efficient. Our vehicle was written off and we got fair market value for our replacement. We would highly recommend them! Very happy with their service.
