My home has been insured with Co-operators for more than 45 years with only four claims in that timeline I recently submitted a claim on April 2nd for flooded basement my claim adjuster talk me out of submitting a claim when I refused they came up with an excuse because I waited 6 days to submit the claim so they would not take any responsibility for the cleanup. So now they giving me a cash payment and I have to arrange it to clean up myself. They're not really giving me updates on my claim unless I asked for it . Im still ... read more

I am curious to know what service was actually provided to these people leaving 5 star reviews. Did this company actually help you in a time you needed them. My daughter was left stranded in a city she does not live in by an adjuster that figured getting his weekend started was more important than helping her last week Friday. After being switched to a different adjuster we are 8 days into waiting for someone to actually help her for an accident that she was NOT AT FAULT FOR.
