Staff is knowledgable, and very helpful! I miss the young lady that worked reception a couple of years back. Always have an excellent experience dealing with them!

My home has been insured with Co-operators for more than 45 years with only four claims in that timeline I recently submitted a claim on April 2nd for flooded basement my claim adjuster talk me out of submitting a claim when I refused they came up with an excuse because I waited 6 days to submit the claim so they would not take any responsibility for the cleanup. So now they giving me a cash payment and I have to arrange it to clean up myself. They're not really giving me updates on my claim unless I asked for it . Im still ... read more
