Currently on hold, 44 minutes now, a lady answered, took my information and then put me back on hold! Co-operators used to have brick and mortar offices, most are closed now. It would appear they have converted to phone only (to generate more revenue). The issue with working from home, it creates as many issues as it solves. Poor way to do business!!

Worst experience of my life
I have cooperative insurance from last 2 years and 5 to 6 family members are also using same company from years and i have clear records i moved from Ontario to Alberta this year they immediately increased 52$ dollars then they called me after 3 months and says you have driven your cars more than expected kms as i mentioned i moved and it was obvious and i had bought second hand car then they says we increased your 100$ more in this scenario within 6 months my insurance is double now i never seen such company what they give ... read more
Excellent customer service. Katherine was very attentive and patient. Everything happened quickly and clearly. I thought the price of the insurance was fair. I recommend it.
