When requesting a quote in an existing policy for a substitution an agent shouldn’t refuse to offer a quote. What poor customer service and a terrible experience for the client.
This is not a good experience, they no longer talk to you at the branch ,you have to call ,a different number at 9am which i did and it was still a 2 hr wait ,i simply refuse to deal with that ,they need to change back to the way they did it before
Have tried to start a new policy for the last 3 days. On hold for 7 hours one day and 2 the next day before it closed. Currently on hold again today... insane.
