When requesting a quote in an existing policy for a substitution an agent shouldn’t refuse to offer a quote. What poor customer service and a terrible experience for the client.
This is not a good experience, they no longer talk to you at the branch ,you have to call ,a different number at 9am which i did and it was still a 2 hr wait ,i simply refuse to deal with that ,they need to change back to the way they did it before
Have tried to start a new policy for the last 3 days. On hold for 7 hours one day and 2 the next day before it closed. Currently on hold again today... insane.
Currently on hold, 44 minutes now, a lady answered, took my information and then put me back on hold! Co-operators used to have brick and mortar offices, most are closed now. It would appear they have converted to phone only (to generate more revenue). The issue with working from home, it creates as many issues as it solves. Poor way to do business!!
