Called to get some information had insurance with them up till Feb 3 this year lady i spoke to on phone was very very rude and unprofessional I have lived in cochrane for last 10 yrs my wife was born and raised in cochrane and we have never been treated like that by any other buiness in the area
We’ve been customers for over 20 years with multiple products and always dealt with Kristy And now she is on maternity leave and we have had nothing but terrible service from them. Started dealing with a lady named Lisa only to find out within a few days of dealing with her she no longer works there. I wonder why. I hope Kristy comes back otherwise we will have to go elsewhere. Zero interest in helping me. Acted like he was being put out even speaking with me. Had positive experiences before but this time was terrible
Absolutely the worst office in he country to deal with. The rude and obnoxious lady who answered the phone locally should not be allowed to talk to customers. On top of the attitude I was told I couldn't get home insurance from them even though I've had cooperators for over 20 years and had an existing home insurance at a different address. Went with TD insurance and got insured in 10 minutes but guess what. These clowns took money from my account for a policy I don't have. Horrible agency to deal with.
