I had a very disappointing experience with the Co-operators office in Cochrane. I called on June 17 at around 1:30 p.m. Alberta time to ask a simple question about a possible home address change and whether it could increase or decrease my insurance rate. The staff member handling auto insurance calls at that time was extremely rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. Very Rude staff!! Don’t know how to talk with customers!
Called to get some information had insurance with them up till Feb 3 this year lady i spoke to on phone was very very rude and unprofessional I have lived in cochrane for last 10 yrs my wife was born and raised in cochrane and we have never been treated like that by any other buiness in the area
We’ve been customers for over 20 years with multiple products and always dealt with Kristy And now she is on maternity leave and we have had nothing but terrible service from them. Started dealing with a lady named Lisa only to find out within a few days of dealing with her she no longer works there. I wonder why. I hope Kristy comes back otherwise we will have to go elsewhere.
