Not happy. I called to get an online quote for a vehicle. The lady I had (not sure her name) was very rude and unprofessional. My insurance increased without me knowing and when I asked why it had increased she made me feel dumb for asking these questions. As a customer of cooperators for 3 years now I am very unhappy with how I was treated today.
I have only been with these guys for a few months, and so far, they have been fantastic! Very happy customer here!

Fantastic service from this agency. Andrea Jansen was our advisor, she helped navigate us through purchasing insurance for our first home, and helped with combining our auto policies. Andrea is very knowledgeable and very efficient with what she does. She kept us up to date while the underwriter was working on our policy. I highly recommend this agency.
