Brenda proved super hard to deal with, kept changing what she was looking for, making up things that were holding us back from getting a quote and blaming someone who we couldn’t even speak too. When we would provide something she would then just turn to some other ask. Didn’t understand how a real estate holdback worked and made things really difficult. Still don’t have insurance but looking for somewhere else to bring my business.
