Friendly staff at Braken but dont make a claim. Been a customer of Co-operators for a few years and had a small claim less than $1000 but what is Insurance for if you have to fear or cant use it. They appear to enjoy collecting the premium but after a very badly handled small claim it finally was settled. Cooperaters own adjuster admitted they dropped the ball on my claim. Once resolved they increased my premiums by 35% which will not only repay what was paid on our claim in 1 year, it will also earn them more money in 1 yea... read more

Kaitlyn was absolutely incredible working to get my refund/backdated insurance. Very nice person to work with, great customer service.
