I have Bracken Insurance for my homes and autos. Have always found them to be efficient and helpful. I haven't checked lately but the premiums are probably a good price. I chose Cooperators because I was told they were a sustainable Canadian company with a good reputation. I haven't had to make a claim but if I do, I expect they would continue the process according to their policies to achieve the reason insurance is purchased.

Had the absolute pleasure of dealing with Brittany for our farm, out of province rental, and business insurance. After what felt like wading through the swamp for months dealing with another brokerage, she was a breath of fresh air. The service and communication were top notch ! We could not be happier with how the entire process went.

I came in to change some insurance details, I had the pleasure of getting kaitlyn as my agent. Not only did she get my original concern fixed, she was extremely informative about some grants and assistance I could apply for due to my back disability. I never leave Google reviews, however her service deserves to be praised. This insurance office is extremely lucky to have her working there, I can only imagine how much she brightens up her coworkers days !
