Hey people - Karam Shamoon is an amazing knowledgeable insurance gentleman - the help he has given myself and my family has been second to none - he is there even when u may have issues ie accident or claim etc - 6 stars
I had an issue and Karam Shamoon worked OUTSIDE of business operating hours (around 7 pm) and sent me all the information I needed and was so sincere and professional about the entire process it really did make me feel like there's still good people in the world. I had a time sensitive insurance policy issue that could have costed me 3/4 of $1 Million and he handled it with so much grace.
