It's probably the worst customer service I've ever dealt with. The cost for insurance is probably alright, but I'll never know. Every time I call, the wait times are always absurd, 2 hours minimum. It doesn't matter if it's right when they open or the middle of the day. If you plan to get insurance from them, you need to have nothing else planned for the entire day because you're going to be waiting a couple of hours just to talk to an agent.
