I have no idea what is going on with this company, when you call them it looks like they are the only insurance provider in aalberta, they are unable to renew mynpolicy and said call the number as new customer, when calling them it seems they are the only insurance providernin Alberta, 6 hours of waiting and dropped line, when i visited their office the lady said " we are unable to take care of our customers, the system is broke down" Very disappointed with this company.
