I've been calling just to get a quote for new insurance 3 days for now. My ENTIRE day!!!!! Could you imagine?! What did they do? Why they have a number for customer service but don't provide service to their customers.... To be honest one time sales agent was answered to me at 5 pm (finally!!!)
