Many years ago it was a competent, good company but as of the last three years terrible service and complete incompetence. I was just told all my policies that were supposed to be updated over a year and a half ago were never updated and my ex has still been on my policies. So frustrating.I have had many other issues with claims and communication. I would definitely go somewhere else.
