Got recommended this place by my brother cause he’s had good experiences, that makes 1 of us. Called them and put on a 2 hour wait call which I stay on. Eventually at 2 hours and 3 min someone picks up and very quickly says “caller to and from?” Which I responded “I don’t know? I thought this was car insurance” again they said “caller to and from!” With frustration I responded “sorry I don’t understand” call went silent for 5 minutes as I continue to try and talk to them then eventually THEY HUNG UP! I want to give 0 star but not an option available. Worst insurance in Canada. If you buy home insurance and when it’s time for claim they give a damn. Just for peanuts they find excuses. People buy insurance for safety and financial security but they don’t care. Guys please go with any other Insurance but Cooperatora BIG NO you guys will regret later.
