Michelle and the Co-operators group have been extremely helpful since we made the switch earlier this year - especially this summer when my vehicle was involved in an accident. From the initial claim to obtaining insurance for a new vehicle, the process so smooth and stress-free. Giving one star because they raised insurance on our home 100$ a month. I’ve been insured for home insurance and auto insurance for over 15 years and never had a single claim. They could not give me an answer as to why. Had me call a hotline where they did not give proper examples. Jenna won’t answer my emails explaining what happened. They also told me they sent out the renewal early this year because they “expected me to shop around”
I feel so confident in my insurance coverage because this team takes the time to explain things to me and they really know what customer service is about! Thank you Denise, Michelle & the rest of the Aston Insurance team for being on top of things so I don't have to be :)
Last year, we purchased life insurance for the first time and Jenna was so good about explaining to us all of the different options. She was so patient as she walked us through the medical questions.
