I was with this insurance for 8 years before deciding to change. I recently bought a new car and the other insurance company had better price so i decide to cancel my policy with Cooperator. Although my policy is canceled after i ask them a week prior, they still charge me insurance for a car that I no longer had. I ask them why do I still get charge, they said that it was because I cancelled my policy on the Due date and they aren’t doing any refund even tho i asked to be insured until that date.
