Never had issues with cooperators . Have been a client of them for almost 10 years. Spoke to this guy that was on training “ Guillaume Tibault” very rude & did not even try to accommodate with me for even being a loyal client . Anyways I told him I want to talk to a supervisor and he was very friendly and fixed everything

So frustrating , it's already stressfull enough that we were involved in an accident,and it's almost impossible to speak to someone for my claim. My accident happened on Friday, and we are now Wednesday afternoon , and I only received one attempt call, to be left a voicemail that my agent won't be available until next day. Will definitely be shopping a new insurance compagny after this
Awful customer service. Been over a month i have been following up with my claim and no one can give me a straight answer. They hired a third party adjuster to work my file who doesn’t answer the phone and barely responds to emails. This claim is for my business and I need my payout in order to purchase lost inventory and pay staff. Try explaining this to anyone who works there and although they try to sympathize with you they just give you the run around.
