The worst insurance company!!! For the past 4 days I’ve been trying to reach them, and every single time I was put on hold for hours. Today I spent 7 hours on hold — and every two hours someone finally picked up, only to immediately transfer me to another salesperson. That meant I had to start my wait time all over again. This is completely unacceptable. No customer should be treated this way. I’ve lost all patience and trust. If I could give zero stars, I would.

I have both my car and home insurance through your company. Recently, I noticed a $20 increase in my premium, even though I haven’t had any accidents or traffic tickets. I wasn’t given any prior notice about this change. When I called to inquire, I was told it was due to “influence,” which was never clearly explained. Then, my premium was increased again due to an address update—something that was not mentioned when I added my home insurance policy. NIKOLAY VELKOV. Absolutely incredible service! I had a pretty complicated and sketchy situation with my insurance, and this guy went above and beyond to help me out. He was patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about getting things sorted properly. You don’t come across people like him often he’s the kind of professional we need more of in the industry. Bad day or not, your demeanor when dealing with current or former clients says a lot about your professionalism, and frankly, today was disappointing. A wonderful woman who isn’t even my agent took the time to assist me with patience and care. Meanwhile, when my actual agent finally became available, the conversation didn’t last more than three rushed minutes.
