Very disappointed with my experience dealing with Alex Koval and Ashwani Gupta at Co-operators Insurance. I purchased both my vehicle and home insurance policy through Alex Koval, and we had detailed conversations regarding my household items, including my scooter kept on my patio. After my scooter was stolen and I filed a claim, I was suddenly told there was “no record” of those conversations.
