Worst worst service in my life... i spent two days to reach them but they didn't receive ..i am so frustrated with their service..hope i will never call them again..
The worst insurance company!!! For the past 4 days I’ve been trying to reach them, and every single time I was put on hold for hours. Today I spent 7 hours on hold — and every two hours someone finally picked up, only to immediately transfer me to another salesperson. That meant I had to start my wait time all over again. This is completely unacceptable. No customer should be treated this way. I’ve lost all patience and trust. If I could give zero stars, I would.
