Bad day or not, your demeanor when dealing with current or former clients says a lot about your professionalism, and frankly, today was disappointing. A wonderful woman who isn’t even my agent took the time to assist me with patience and care. Meanwhile, when my actual agent finally became available, the conversation didn’t last more than three rushed minutes. You can't even walk into a cooperators and get car insurance anymore. They tell you to phone a number instead. I phone the number and I'm on the phone with someone in New Brunswick. That is insane. I'm not renewing anything at cooperators again
I am thoroughly disappointed with the customer service provided by this company. I called to get a car insurance quote and was informed I would need to wait on hold for 2-3 hours. After waiting, when my call was finally answered, I was told they were closed and that I would have to wait again. I was also told that some customers are left waiting for up to 6 hours just to get assistance. This is completely unacceptable and disrespectful. The lack of professionalism is shocking.
