I had a not at fault accident and it’s over 60days with a vehicle I only use in the summer,I didn’t get a courtesy vehicle or had my car fixed. When you call this office they will tell you there’s nothing they can do then you call the claims office they won’t pick up. This very unprofessional and the worst experience from any insurance company.They make feel like you have control over unforeseen circumstance in driving your vehicle. Frauding. Keep away. They will lure you by offering a low premium quote. After you accepted and made the payment, an inspection or whatever will happen. That would be an excuse to add extra charge on your premium. When a claim happens, they simply reply to you that you are denied because they think so. Don't trust those fake 5-star reviews.
Dont trust the 5 star reviews. Most likely fake. Angel provides terrible customer service, I constantly need to follow up via email and phone to get their response on a simple request/inquiry. Angel blatantly ignores emails and calls, which is extremely unprofessional especially during matters that are time sensitive. Just cancelled 3 insurance policies I've had with them and found a better company with better client care and rates. Avoid for your own benefit. Worst professional I have ever dealt with.
Fraud People !!!! Don’t get your policy from these guys. They don’t even know how to talk to their customer. I don’t even know how I linked to this agency as I purchased my car policy from the customer client service she assured me that they will suspend coverage for minimum of 45 days whenever needed as I worked on seasonal job and go back to my country in winter but when I called them they are very rude to me and told me that they cannot do it that was mistake of our employee.
