I have been with this location for 2 houses and multiple vehicle policies , they have always been helpful and accommodating , and when I needed to do a house or vehicle claim they made all the process easy and stress free highly recommend this location
Le service, il est pire quand , quand j’appel personne ne peut parler français , J’ai appelé pour changer ma méthode de paiement le monsieur au téléphone me demande mes numéros de carte afin que je puisse le lui partager verbalement ce que je pense. C’est un manque de confidentialité quand je demande à le faire via la plate-forme site Web ils me disent c’est pas possible. Andrew Smith and his team are incredible - great knowledge and service by this great team.
I wish there is a way to put 0 stars but the least is 1 star... i was shocked that on the renewal i had to pay 40 dollars extra every month without any notice...and also for someone that has been with them with no accidents or speeding tickets and have been with them for 6 years, i was expecting to get a lower rate. Also how rude and unproffesional when an agent calls you back and tells you if we want to cancel we go ahead...they are using the 90's politics which is if you do not like it leave it.
