A bit overpriced, but they were decent until my SUV died. Had to cancel my policy as I do not have a new car to replace it, was charged another month of insurance on the vehicle and then told I'd be getting a refund of less than half of what they took. I was told, by one of their representatives, that I should cancel my policy as they could not simply put the account on hold until I got a new vehicle. Disgusting customer service. I am the owner of Peerless Janitorial in Sarnia, Ontario. My Cooperators agent is Kathy Emerson (1117 Lakeshore Rd). She is professional, has excellent customer service, quick response time and she really cares about her job. I would highly recommend her.
This agency has gone through some changes recently, the new agent and staff are doing an excellent job.
We've really seen a difference since Brian Joyce left. Not for the good.
