Wish I remembered the ladies name. She is definitely very ignorant. I was trying to move my things over to co-operators and ended up walking out even though I am with a group account.
The worst experience with this company. I requested an insurance cancellation since one year with no luck they never cancelled my insurance even when I had signed the cancellation form. They take a benefit of me as I work outside the country and don’t track my bank account regularly and they keep deducting my insurance even when I requested a cancellation many times
I was provided with top notch service and the best rate by Jas Mann. She assisted me throughout with every detailed information that I had needed. Would definitely recommend !
I will never recommend cooperators to anybody moving forward. The claim process is a nightmare , the customer service was the poorest I’ve ever experienced in my life at any business. I’ve been lied to on multiple occasions , promised a cheque for reimbursement but no one will call me back to advise when a cheque will arrive. Stay far away from this insurance company would be my advice.
