Waited on hold for 1 hour and 23 minutes just to be rudly spoken to by an agent who sounded extremely frustrated and unimpressed to be doing their job. I spoke with the 1-800 number for Cooperators instead and they dealt with my issue before this brokerage could answer. After waiting that long, the LEAST you could do is be apologetic or kind on the other line. Horrible service,
